Sound has become one of the most upgradeable parts of any computer system. Long gone are the days of variable toned beeps, today, many manufactures are trying to make the computing experience as realistic as possible in the areas of music, games, and movies. Altec Lansing is one such company dedicated to the enhancement and quality of computer audio. Most everyone has seen the traditional 5.1 speaker setup for the PC or home theater that has the 5 separate speakers and a bass box. Well today I'm going to look at the Altec Lansing GT5051 5.1 speaker set which only has 3 separate speakers and a bass box.
